  1. You do not need to give me titles of the specific classes you wish to take.
  2. If you are paying for a day pass, tell me which day.
  3. If you are paying for separate classes, tell me the letter of the chosen time slot shown on the schedule.
  4. Please include your home town name so I can include it on your name badge
